The History of Beever
Well, he is the face/mascot of Tech Beever, and many people ask if we realise that 'beaver' is spelt wrong. We do know. In fact, the site was originally called TG-Beaver (as this was intended to be the sister site to TG-Radar), then Tech Beaver.
However, we had various malfunctions and lost access to the site, which is still up here, but we can't delete it, as we have no access to it. Go figure.
So, we simply altered the name. Genius, no?
As TG-Radar was our main site, Tech Beever took a short trip into hiatus as we revamped TG-Radar, however, many people seemed to be a lot more interested in what we had going on at Tech Beever, so after careful deliberation, we switched site priority, and I can honestly say -- we're so glad we did.
I'm proud that we started TG-Radar, but the things we've achieved with Tech Beever is beyond what I thought. We now have opportunities to speak with publishers, get sent review copies of games, attend events, access to movie screenings, interview celebs, and even software/hardware to review; it's brilliant. And it's all thanks to our mascot. Kinda.
