After the awful unwatchable "pirate" videos of the trailer, the official trailer for Batman: The Dark Knight Rises is here.
Why is Gordon lying close to death in hospital? Has he been shot? Beaten by Bane? Or perhaps exposed to a virus a la the Legacy virus or the Clench in the comics?
Although not the best teaser in the world, it does give us quick shots of Tom Hardy as Bane -- including a closing shot of him lumbering towards a completely battered and nearly defeated Batman (Christian Bale).
